BETHEL'S MISSION

Bring people to know Jesus Christ through
 Enlisting them in His church,
 Teaching them God's Word,
Helping them grow in Christ's likeness and
Equipping them for His ministry while
Lifting up and exalting the Savior.

When you visit our church, you will find:

  • A caring congregation that will gladly welcome you
  • Preaching/teaching that is centered on the Word of God
  • A country-type setting with nice buildings and plenty of parking space

We at Bethel would like to extend a personal invitation to you. I know, after just one visit with us,  you will find what you are looking for. We are growing and adapting our Worship Service. If you have worshiped with us before and we haven't seen you in a while, come see us again. As the  Pastor of Bethel, I am looking forward to meeting you. Come by and be our guest, we are always excited in additions to our growing family at Bethel Baptist Church.

We have a wonderful worship center and our church is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the mainstream. Our country surroundings transport you to a calmer place, one where life slows down and enjoyment begins.  Come on by and experience the loving welcoming relaxed atmosphere here at Bethel Baptist. If you need to contact me, my e-mail address is bethelbaptist@clearwire.net.

See You in Church,

Women's Support & Encouragement Group

Tuesdays  at 6 pm- Do you ever feel like you are the only one looking out onto a world of particpants, lonely, isolated, and without anyone who understands?  Well, guess what...me too!  But I have hope for you, I am not alone, and neither are you.  God gave us the great blessing of friendship and sisterhood.  We may not all be in the same place of our lives at the same time, but I promise we are all SOMEWHERE!  All women of all ages and circumstance are welcome to join us , We will pray together, laugh togehter, cry together, and learn together.  You don't have to feel alone anymore.  We are here.  For more information please call Tamara Anaya at 361-779-8017.

Angel Food Orders Taken

Don't miss this opportunity to save a few dollars on your groceries this month.  The Angel Food program is a simple reduced price grocery opportunity.  Everyone is able to order as many boxes as they would like.  Regular boxes are $30 each, additional specials are available each month, they are usually various meat packages, and usually are priced around $18 .  All the groceries are the same quality you would purchase at the store, there are no "seconds", "damaged", or less then usual quality groceries.  there are no forms to fill out, no qualifications to meet, and it is that simple.  Come and place your order, come back and pick it up on the day of delivery.  If you do not feel you can benefit from this program, we promise you will soon change your mind.  Perhaps you do not want to participate, then we ask you to think of the people you work with, live around, or serve your community.  Perhaps you know someone who could use the benefit of $75 worth of groceries for only $30.

Let Us Know!

Look for the box in our church foyer for your ideas, thoughts, or other communications you would like to include in the Bethel Billboard, our church news letter.   Or e-mail your ideas, announcements, or information to houseofanaya@grandecom.net.  Make sure you put "Behtel Billboard" in the subject line of your e-mail so we don't overlook it.
